I have a 1991 Honda Accord SE. I had the alternator replaced a couple of weeks ago. Then I had the ignition coil replaced a couple of days ago. Today, I was driving with the heater on and there was a weird humming/clicking/buzzing noise that seemed to

Sounds like the blower fan, to me. It probably needs replacing.
