My mom's car had brake problems so she took it to Sears Auto Center. The itemized bill says they changed front and rear brake pads but we only saw front ones changed when we went into the workshop to look when they were away.

They are notorious for doing this, when they used to be in with Western Auto before Western Auto went down the tube they had lawsuits for the same thing saying they were doing work charging the customer for it and not actually putting the parts on the
