performance parts for a 305 chevy engine?

I have a 1982 Silverado C10 with a 305 engine completely stock. And i want to rebuilt the engine with performance parts. But i dont know what parts are capable or what brand to use?

T82 is telling you right. Since you are going to rebuild an engine anyway, swapping to a 350 is like a free power upgrade.
You will spend more on performance parts for a 305 than you will a 350, {pistons}. Just think of all of that power
