Sued for Auto Accident Above Insurance Limit in NJ?

One year ago my wife was taking our daughter to pre-school turning left out the end of our road in to traffic, this road has a speed limit of 35 mph. Traffic had to stop to let her cross the first lane since it was solid cars, vans and small trucks.
Interesting. The point of a lawsuit is to get compensation from the defendant - if they don't have insurance covering that amount, or assets that can be utilized, the suit makes no sense. This sounds frivolous. And I can't see how that injury was your
