what does this guy mean when he says, "We'll match your cash upto $4000"?

It's a toyota dealer's add. Toyota of Greer, SC. He says, "you put down 3000, we'll match it 3000. You put down 4000, we'll match ii 4000. He says it's cash match. I don't understand what he means by that. Can someone explain it to me please ? He
