What is the cheapest / fastest way to filter large amounts of used vegetable oil to 5 microns @ low temps 0-2C

I would like to know the cheapest and fastest way of filtering large amounts of used vegetable oil down to 5 microns during low winter temperatures (0-2 degrees celcius) for use as a vehicle fuel.

hmmm, I would use a diaphgram pump hooked up to a bag filter. A bag filter is a large filter housing with a large "sock" filter inside. It can hold a great deal of solids without changing..i believe they make them as small as 3 micron.
