When is a radiator flush required and how often should you flush?

What are some prices for a radiator flush and what does it consist of?

It should state in your owners manual on the intervals it recommends. The newer cars are coming with orange antifreeze that does not require a flushing for the first 100k miles. If you have the green stuff in your vehicle I would go with every 40-50k
