hi,
ive just moved to a house that has an electric towel heater/radiator in but am getting no heat when its switched on at the plug i can see the thermostat at the bottom of it and was just wondering if it needs to be filled with water/oil any
Check with the manufacturer or your local hardware store. This doesn't sound like a good project for experimenting.
