chrysler 300/c grills?

there are 2 kinds of grills, ones that have a frame around them and ones that have no frames around them....i heard the ones with no frame around fall off after a while...is that true?

The original is hard to remove by a technician ...so falling out is not a propblem. The mesh one is aftermarket and could fall out if not put on properly.
