Where's the fuse for 1993 Honda Accord taillights and instrument panel?

Hi. The taillights on my 1993 Honda Accord and the instrument panel light both stopped working at the same time. So I figure I have a blown fuse. But I can't figure out which one is the right fuse.

Well sounds like a Short to ground and being a Honda Factory Technician for 20 yrs, I would consider looking for woring that has corrected and or lost the insulation. and By the way what about a headlight switch also ????
